I consider it my mission to give you the tools to take charge of your wellness - I will empower you with ongoing guidance and support, giving you the direction and information you need to elevate yourself to a higher level of wellbeing to enjoy a more satisfying and joy-filled life.

We will work together to design goals and make sustainable changes to improve your health and happiness for a lifetime. As your Mind-Body Coach, I will help you navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and health advice to develop a personalized movement, nutrition, and mindfulness plan determined by what truly works best for you.

It is my goal to help you become your own CWO (Chief Wellness Officer). You’re ready and I will help you take yourself to the next level, and beyond.

In each program, you will grow your “CWO Toolkit” with practical guideposts to help you own your journey. You are ready to make wholesome changes to balance your life: body, mind and spirit. Your personalized Wellness Program will markedly transform your life! 

Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and discover the tools you need to create a lifetime of balance for yourself.

Each Wellness Program Includes a JUMPSTART:

The Jumpstart is designed to immerse you into a wellness journey that is tailored just for you. It includes:

Health Evaluation (Extensive, 60 minute session)
Get started with a thorough assessment of your health history and current overall wellness while evaluating your personal growth and lifestyle goals.

Follow ups (2 follow up, 50 minute sessions)
You’ll get on track with Karen’s Klean Eats and a personalized Shopping/Kitchen Guide, plus a Mind-Body Detox overview.

Each session includes:

  • Customized recommendations

  • Post-session committed goals and notes

  • Email support between sessions

  • Accountability plan and protocol

  • Simple and tasty healthy recipes, shopping lists/resources, menu and snack plans

  • Informative handouts specific to your needs and goals

  • Product reviews, recommendations, and samples

  • Access to my e-news, recipes, events, special offers, Fullscript and Amazon Store, plus social media with the latest health tips!

The Jumpstart includes 3 sessions that must be completed within a two month period.


After your Jumpstart, choose between one of the following wellness programs to continue on your path to becoming your own CWO:

Three Months, Six Sessions (two sessions per month with email support throughout)

Customize your program with bi-weekly, monthly, or a unique mix of in-person and phone conversations (all with email support throughout).
